There’s an expression about knowing just enough to be dangerous, and that probably summarizes my life into a sentence – especially when it comes to my earlier outdoor pursuits. In addition to appearing in magazines, newspapers, and televised news (for the wrong reasons), I’ve got the scars and metal plates to prove it.
Now that I’m older and (slightly) wiser, I’ve settled into activities with a more relaxed rhythm: backpacking, cross country skiing and my biggest passion – canoe camping
On this site, you’ll find my notes, photos and reflections from the trail and water. Think of it as a logbook, a memory bank, and maybe even a bit of inspiration for your own adventures.
