Over the last 20+ years, I’ve made it a habit to document all of my trips. Some of them were in the form of a mass email which I sent to a list of interested individuals. Some were in the form of a web page while others were interactive web sites with maps.

Unfortunately, that good habit was offset by my bad habit of not taking good backups. Because of that, a lot of content has been lost due to sloppy migration procedures, careless handling of files and just pure laziness.

The worthwhile content I’m able to scrap together will be listed below. Many of the stories are over 10 years old and as such, the formatting and presentation is quite old but I figure it’s better than nothing.

Scrambles in the Canadian Rockies

Some of the scrambles I’ve done over the years.

Seeking the highest point in Ontario

A link to an external online magazine which featured this trip for its readers.

Up the Creek with a Paddle

An epic story of survival in the Kawartha Highlands. Frustrating at first but funny a few weeks later and sad a few years later.

Skyline Trail, Jasper National Park

A memorable backpacking trip with some friends from Ontario and a guest from Japan.

Bicycle tour of the Canadian Rockies

A wicked ride from Calgary to Jasper with a detour to Radium Hot Spring and Golden.
